What it's about
“Sweet little mystery, moving through the room.”
“Two Sides of the Moon” was inspired by someone who seems to carry contradiction effortlessly. Warm and open in one moment, mysterious and somewhere entirely different in the next. Light on her feet, impossible to completely pin down, and somehow more captivating because of it.
There’s something iconically Gemini in that duality, and the song leans into the dance that comes with loving it. The attraction, curiosity and tension of discovering one side, only to realize there’s another waiting behind it.
The moon became the perfect metaphor. We recognize its light, but there is always another side beyond our view. Maybe loving someone isn’t about fully figuring them out. Maybe it’s making room for every version, the light, the shadow, the mystery and the change, and finding yourself drawn to all of it.
